There is still a bit of a chill in the air around these Monday Mosaics.  I went for a wander on flickr and visited the Cairngorms in Scotland for some of these pictures.  Elsewhere, more solitary figures, striking out on explorations of sorts - a mirror perhaps of the sometimes solitary work life I lead in my workshop (which is balanced, you'll be glad to hear, with plenty of busy, noisy, people filled times too).

Also for your Monday enjoyment, may I recommend the rather fabulous Gemma Correll (some one who I follow on flickr) who has just released an equally fabulous book, A Punderful Life, which can be purchased here.  Her witty drawings always bring a smile to my face.  Find out more about Gemma on her website by clicking here.  She is also a fellow Society6 artist - the below image is taken from her shop over on Society6.  Much joy indeed!

Preparations are afoot (pun intended) here in the Hybrid Handmade House for London Fashion Week.  I'm hoping to bring you some updates from Somerset House - first of all, I've got to figure out what on earth I'm going to wear.  Somehow, I don't think my workshop apron is going to cut it!
