It's good to get out. Sometimes you really NEED to get out. Whatever bothers you on the inside, by the time you are out in the wilds (be they concrete or wooded) the annoyances and troubles seem less. Their scale is diminished, cut down to side, forgotten. It works every time. I'm old enough now to know that this is a truth I can rely on. And rely on it I do. I am easily distracted. Perhaps it is a good thing, mais non?
